My DentMate is an advanced dental clinic management platform designed to revolutionize how clinics operate and connect with patients. With seamless online appointment scheduling, real-time availability, secure doctor-patient messaging, automated reminders, and comprehensive patient history tracking, it empowers both the clinic and its visitors to manage care effortlessly.

This solution features a dual-platform architecture: a mobile application tailored for patients, and a powerful web interface for super admins, clinic admins, finance teams, dentists, and assistants. I led the development of the web interface and backend system, ensuring a secure and scalable infrastructure.

Built with PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter 4, the backend delivers robust performance. I used Node.js for JavaScript asset management, Bootstrap for interface consistency, and integrated Socket.IO to power real-time chat and employee attendance tracking. Appointment reminders are processed via RabbitMQ, and Redis is used to boost responsiveness through caching.

One of the standout capabilities of this platform is its integration with **Satu Sehat**, Indonesia's national health integration platform. This is achieved through compliance with **FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)** standards as defined by the **World Health Organization**, ensuring secure and standardized data exchange across healthcare systems.

The mobile application was developed by [Gagas Sangga Pratama](https://gagas.web.id), making this a strong collaborative project delivering real impact to clinical workflows.

My DentMate

The WhatsApp bot Purwakarta Istimewa is part of PISA, an integrated public service information system designed to make interactions between citizens and local government faster, more accessible, and more transparent. Through this system, citizens can submit and track reports, engage in real time consultations, and receive official responses directly through WhatsApp without needing to access a separate website.

The backend is built with AdonisJS v5 using Node.js and TypeScript and connects to a MySQL database. The frontend uses Edge, the templating engine provided by AdonisJS, and is styled with Bootstrap. For direct communication, the platform integrates Socket.IO, allowing real time chat between citizens and administrative officers. The system is officially connected to the WhatsApp Business API, and I created and open sourced a custom AdonisJS v5 package to support this integration, which is available on my GitHub.

Data security is a key priority throughout the system. Sensitive information, including personal identities and conversation histories, is fully encrypted within the database to ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.

When a citizen interacts with the bot for the first time, the system requests essential information such as full name, national identification number, and area of residence. Once registered, users can submit a new report, chat directly with the public complaint officer, or review their previous submissions. When submitting a report, users provide details such as the type of report, the title, a full description, and optional attachments like images or shared location data. After submission, the complaint admin assigns the report to the appropriate department or government agency. OPD administrators receive notifications via WhatsApp and must follow up through the PISA web interface, where they can add comments, upload supporting files, and mark the report as resolved once the issue has been addressed.

The system also offers a reporting feature that allows exporting all reports within a specific date range to Excel, along with PDF export for individual reports. To ensure lightweight and efficient PDF generation, I used PHP and DomPDF through a system level interpreter, avoiding the performance overhead commonly found in Puppeteer based solutions within Node.js environments.

Public Complaints WhatsApp Bot

Papais CCTV is a modern and lightweight web based platform created to help the people of Purwakarta monitor public CCTV feeds in real time. The system was rebuilt from scratch using SvelteKit, and this new version removes the need for a database by relying on static JSON files that can be customized easily without being bundled into the SvelteKit build. The result is a platform that offers high performance, straightforward maintenance, and a clean development workflow.

Developed in a Node.js environment with TypeScript, the interface is styled using TailwindCSS to create a clean, responsive, and accessible user experience. To overcome the security and compatibility issues that come with serving RTSP streams directly, especially since many cameras embed usernames and passwords and browsers do not support RTSP natively, I implemented an RTSP to M3U8 conversion pipeline using FFmpeg. This ensures that every stream is safe to deliver and can be played reliably across modern browsers using well supported JavaScript libraries.

The system performs periodic health checks on each RTSP endpoint. When a camera becomes unreachable, its status is automatically updated inside the JSON file to indicate that it is offline. The generated M3U8 files are also secured to prevent unauthorized access and to discourage individuals from copying or monetizing the feeds without permission.

Papais CCTV was previously built using CodeIgniter 3 and MySQL, which turned out to be inefficient for managing data that is largely static. The older version relied on manual Bash scripts and TMUX sessions to keep conversion processes running in the background, and these sessions were prone to disconnection issues that required manual intervention. In the latest version, every script is wrapped inside Docker containers, including the web service itself, and all containers are configured with auto restart mechanisms to improve reliability and long term maintainability.

For video playback, the older system used a heavy JavaScript library that was difficult to customize. The new implementation replaces it with a minimal player designed specifically for M3U8 playback. I built custom interface controls such as play, pause, picture in picture, and cinema mode to offer a smooth and focused viewing experience.

[Gagas Sangga Pratama](https://gagas.web.id) has also developed an unofficial mobile version of Papais CCTV, which has been positively received by the community due to its ease of use and accessibility.

Mal Pelayanan Publik Bale Madukara is an advanced queue management system designed to streamline public services in Purwakarta. The platform, built with PHP, MySQL, and Laravel, leverages Filament, Livewire, and Alpine.js to create a seamless and responsive user interface for both the staff and the public.

This system supports multiple tenants within the mall, with real-time queue calling using Socket.IO. Displays for queue numbers are placed in various locations throughout the mall, ensuring that everyone is kept informed. The kiosk interface is modern and eye-catching, offering intuitive usability while maintaining full functionality. The queue system is synchronized to handle both walk-in customers and those who make reservations via the mobile app.

I developed the backend as a RESTful API that enables real-time interaction and synchronization between the physical queueing system and the mobile application. The app, developed by [Gagas Sangga Pratama](https://gagas.web.id), allows citizens to book tickets ahead of time, making the entire experience more efficient and user-friendly.

Additionally, I implemented a company profile system within the same platform, ensuring that the data displayed at the mall and on the website remain synchronized. The company profile showcases essential information, such as the number of agencies, available services, average queue times, today's queue statistics, service schedules for each agency and service type, and news updates.

For reliability and secure performance, I utilized Caddy for the web server, taking advantage of its built-in SSL auto-renewal. The entire system is deployed on Ubuntu Linux, running on Proxmox virtualization, ensuring scalability and robustness.

The Display Infographics system for YBPPK (Buana Pangkal Perjuangan Karawang Foundation) is a dynamic digital signage platform deployed across all monitors throughout the organization's offices. It delivers real time, visually engaging content that keeps the entire team informed, aligned, and connected.

I engineered this full stack application using AdonisJS v6, fully typed with TypeScript and powered by InertiaJS to create a seamless single page application experience. The data layer runs on MySQL, with Redis handling session storage and efficient caching to maintain responsive performance.

The system supports a wide selection of content types, including bar charts, pie charts, line charts, image slides, YouTube video embeds, and native video formats such as uploaded MP4 files, giving the foundation complete flexibility to present information in the most impactful way.

On the frontend, I built a fast and reactive interface using Svelte, styled with TailwindCSS to achieve a modern and clean utility based design. The entire ecosystem is containerized with Docker to ensure consistent deployment, simplified maintenance, and scalability across different environments.

Queue System for BAPENDA Purwakarta is a tailored queue management platform adapted from the original system developed for Mal Pelayanan Publik Bale Madukara. This version was redesigned specifically for the operational environment of BAPENDA Purwakarta, where the entire system runs in a fully offline local network. The platform maintains the architectural strengths of the original implementation while undergoing several structural adjustments to meet the agency's internal requirements.

The system is built with PHP, MySQL, and Laravel, making use of Filament, Livewire, and Alpine.js to deliver a responsive and intuitive interface for both staff and visitors. While the Bale Madukara version included a public facing landing page and a companion mobile application, the BAPENDA deployment focuses entirely on internal functionality. The landing page was removed to streamline navigation, and the workflow was optimized for a localized environment where all interactions occur within the institution's network.

One of the more complex adjustments involved reengineering the kiosk interface to function entirely offline. The original system was designed for an online environment with distributed components, so converting it into an isolated, self contained installation required significant updates to the kiosk logic, asset loading, and synchronization patterns. Despite being offline, the system still provides real time queue calling powered by Socket.IO, allowing staff to manage service counters while visitors follow queue status through internally connected display screens.

Although BAPENDA operates as a single government institution, the queue system retains multi tenant capabilities to accommodate the different service units within the agency. Each unit can manage its own queue category and counter configuration while remaining part of a unified backend. This ensures that operational data stays organized and traceable even in a simplified single institution deployment.

The platform continues to use Caddy as the web server, chosen for its reliability and ease of configuration. However, because the system runs entirely within an internal network, SSL features are not utilized. The entire setup is deployed on Ubuntu Linux, similar to the original implementation, ensuring consistent performance, stability, and maintainability.

AYOPKL! is a web and mobile platform designed to simplify the internship placement process for vocational high school students. The system was created to address recurring issues in Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL), including the difficulty students face when searching for suitable companies, the lack of clear information about placement capacity, and the slow administrative procedures caused by manual workflows. During the pandemic, these challenges became even more visible as traditional surveys and face to face consultations were limited. AYOPKL! brings these processes into a single digital environment that allows students to make informed decisions while reducing the administrative workload for schools.

The platform accommodates four types of users: students, supervising teachers, PKL secretaries, and administrators. Students can register using their national student identification number which automatically fills in their personal data. They can browse internship locations that match their major and available quotas, request changes to their selected location within configured rules, and communicate directly with their supervising teacher through real time chat. The integration with Google Maps allows them to evaluate company locations without conducting physical surveys, making the overall process faster and more cost efficient.

Supervising teachers are able to review information about their assigned students and handle consultations through the chat system. PKL secretaries and administrators manage the entire set of data, including students, teachers, company partners, and study majors. They assign students to companies, maintain the accuracy of placement data, and generate administrative reports in PDF or Excel formats. Administrators also oversee system settings and account management to ensure that all roles function smoothly throughout the academic period.

AYOPKL! is built as a full stack solution available through both web and mobile applications. The Android and iOS versions of the app support essential workflows such as registration, company selection, consultation messaging, and navigation through integrated maps. The backend system is designed to support multi role access, handle large scale administrative data, and maintain reliable performance during peak usage when students are selecting or updating their PKL placements.

By converting manual workflows into a centralized digital platform, AYOPKL! creates clear benefits for students, teachers, parents, and the school administration. Students gain transparency and autonomy when choosing their internship locations. Teachers experience a more organized support and supervision process. Parents no longer need to accompany their children to survey companies, since location information and availability are easily accessible. The school itself gains a structured and efficient system that reduces repetitive manual tasks year after year.

AYOPKL! was developed by the Smart School Team of SMK Negeri 1 Pemalang. The project team consists of Wardah Nur Abiyyah as Project Manager, Ivan Rizkya Susanto as UI and UX Designer and Front End Mobile Developer, and myself, Suluh Sulistiawan, serving as the Full Stack Developer and Sysadmin.
